i’m youssef riad, an architecture student working at the intersection of design and real estate. my studies focus on how architecture can go beyond drawings and models to shape real development. through dnd studio i explore projects that test bold ideas, from hotels and cultural spaces to adaptive reuse and experimental materials. this platform collects the work i’m building now while pointing toward where i want to go next. my plan is to take these explorations into the world of real estate development, using design as the foundation for creating spaces that hold both cultural and economic value. dnd studio is the start of that path — an archive of what i’ve done and a preview of what i intend to build.
